Offerings

Studio Classes

I teach at multiple studios in the Columbus area. All classes are beginner friendly, focused on connecting breath, body, and mind through approachable movement. All studios have mats and props available. 

Private Sessions

1 to 1 sessions are an opportunity for you to dive deeper into specific parts of your practice. I will write a class based on what you want to explore. This may include working with specific poses, breathing, or meditation practices.

Kids Yoga

In kids classes we learn about the benefits of yoga by focusing on; breathing, moving, stretching, resting, and most importantly, play! I incorporate music, games, and opportunities for them to share about their experience.

About me

I found yoga in high school and after years of semi-regular practice I decided to enroll in a 200hr teacher training program at Yoga on High. After graduating I began teaching in studios and rec centers around Columbus, and eventually decided to further my education with a 300 hour teacher training program at Radiant Yoga and Wellness. This program was focused on teaching trauma sensitive yoga, meditation, and pranayama.
To me yoga is about much more than the poses, and I’m passionate about offering approachable, welcoming classes that incorporate breath and mindfulness. My goal is to offer tools that can help settle the nervous system. I believe a gentle approach allows space for curiosity, exploration, and growth.
My classes are beginner-friendly and suitable for anyone looking to deepen their relationship with self through mindful movement and breath.
